Pricing for Dental & Medical Websites

Your website design will begin with a personalized site-design interview, which can either be done by phone or by an email, depending on your preference. In this interview, we collect information about your practice (names, address, services, hours, and other details). We also ask questions that help us get to know you, your practice, your target market, and what sets you apart from nearby dentists. Your preferences for colors, theme, voice, and presentation will also be addressed, in order to create a fitting Website for your practice.

At BioInformant, we are committed to providing high-value design at predictable cost, so you pay a flat development fee up front for your Website. While we will offer you a formal quote following your personal interview, we provide the following estimates based on our experience with previous clients:

Level 1 Sites: We define Level 1 sites as a cost-effective approach to establishing a Web presence. While other website designers want you to commit to expensive, complicated designs, we specialize in offering a fast and economical way to establish an online presence. Level 1 sites are our most popular option, as they cost only $995 to create & provide an incredibly high return-on-investment, typically 10-fold or more within the first year. Level 2 Site: We define a Level 2 Site as a more sophisticated site that provides a detailed selection of information to attract patients to your practice. Sites of this level cost between $1,745, and can include patient cases and images, as well as tools to pre-educate your clients prior to their scheduled appointments.

Level 3 Sites: We define a Level 3 Site as an award-winning, interactive site, supplemented with lots of media/images, content to educate and soothe fears of your patients, and tools to keep your patients in communication with your office. Sites of this type cost $2,995.

To keep you keep your site up-to-date, we also offer on-going support for a low monthly fee. This flat fee covers website hosting, and more importantly, enables you to contact us whenever you have changes or additions that you would like to have made to your website. To make changes to you site, simply email us (dental.updates@bioinformant.com). While most website designers charge high hourly rates for each change that you require, we offer a low, flat fee to cover all updates, because we understand that it is important to keep you focused on daily operations, rather than occupied with haggling about the price of little changes.
