When your order is delivered electronically, you receive an Optional Two-Part "Client Response Form."

  • The first part requests your Feedback.

    This section asks:

    3. What is your preferred method for processing the return (refund applied to credit card or exchange credit)?

Return submissions are processed within 24-48 hours. Please allow up to 7 business days for the credit to be applied to your account if electing a credit refund.
